Mumbai, July. 14: Ex MLA Krishna Hegde met with Dy CM Eknath Shinde ji and CP Deven Bharti this afternoon to protect investors monies duped in the Bliss Consultants Share scam.
Hegde was earlier instrumental in freezing Rs 170 cr of the investors funds lying in Kotak Bank and also properties of the Directors of Bliss thru the efforts of both Eknath Shinde ji and Devendra Fadnavis ji and a red alert notice was also then issued.
The accused Ashesh Mehta and his wife Shivangi Lad Mehta were arrested after a search of over 6 months and Ashesh Mehta is still in jail.
Denron Rea-IT a company has claimed the 160 crores from Bliss without any transactions with Bliss Consulants.
The whole case seems dubious and a ploy to cheat the investors again.
The matter which was in High Court has now been moved to a Pune district Court.
"The investors money has to be protected and both Dy CM Eknath Shinde ji and Mumbai CP Deven Bharti have asked Mumbai Police officials to oppose in Court any such a move by Denron Rea - IT to siphon the money.
I had met Shinde ji and personally and briefed him and he also spoke to CP Bharti ji, following which i met the Police Commisioner and also briefed about the happenings.
He has immediately issued the necessary instructions to his department.
We are doing our best to protect the interest of the investors " said Krishna Hegde.
