Moodbidri Sri Mahaveera College arranged an exclusive job placement event in collaboration with MAHE (Manipal Academy of Higher Education) on March 20th in the SMC auditorium for its final-year degree students.
By inaugurating the session, Mr. Jerry Joseph, HR Director of MAHE, stated that we are pleased to recruit well-trained and well-groomed students from our sister institution, Sri Mahaveera College. Our experience in recruiting seven SMC students for the first time last year was very good. Hence, we are back again this year.
By opening remarks, Mindful Consultancy MD Sanjay Bhat appreciated MAHE's support for SMC students in recruiting them to relevant job positions and also appreciated previous year's candidates' good performance at MAHE.
In the presidential address, SMC Governing Council Chairman, Ex-Minister Shri Abhaya Chandra Jain, thanked MAHE for providing an exclusive opportunity to Sri Mahaveera College students.
PU College Principal Prof. Ramesh Bhat, Prof. Harish and Dr. Harish were present on the dais.
Students Welfare Committee President Shruthi Peri welcomed. Daksha introduced the chief guest, and Prajna Shetty was the Master of Ceremonies.
SMC Degree College Principal Dr. Radhakrishna offered a vote of thanks.
After the inauguration, the student members of the SMC placement committee presented the key achievements of SMC to MAHE.
