Mangalore: In DK from tomorrow no pillion rider is allowed in two wheelers
Mangalore, Aug 4: All kinds of measures are being taken to maintain peace and order in Dakshina Kannada district and people's lives are returning to normalcy. For that reason, it is discussed to relax the existing night traffic restriction in a phased manner.
Meanwhile, state law and order ADGP Alok Kumar said that the authorities have been instructed to take action on banning rear-end riders on two-wheelers, excluding senior citizens, children and women.

Mangalore, Aug 04: Earlier ADGP Alok Kumar had issued order no pillion rider is allowed in two wheelers has been modified.
As per the report modified order will be issued with respect to extension of 144 order uptill 8th of August 6 am. The restrictions imposed on pillion rider are withdrawn in public interest.
