Mangalore: Whats app video circulated by some political leaders speaking, created confusion in the mind of Mangalore people and created anxieties that people are rushing to grocery shops to buy groceries.

When we visited central market today the provisional stores are open half door's.  As the police told they too don't have clear ideas of keeping open stores.
