Mangalore, July 25: To eliminate confusion in red stone mining, a separate app system will be implemented for purchasing red stone like the Sand Bazaar app, which is a sand distribution model, said State Legislative Assembly Speaker U.T. Khader.
The common man used to get sand at affordable prices through the Sand Bazaar app that was implemented earlier. Red stone should also be available to the common man in the same model. A separate app system will be implemented for purchasing red stone. He said that the system of delivering red stone to the doorsteps of those in need at government rates will be done through the new app.
The 2nd phase meeting has been held in Bengaluru with the in-charge minister to find a solution to the red stone problem in the district. The steps to be taken by the officials were suggested in this meeting. Therefore, this problem will be solved soon, said U.T. Khader.
