Mangalore: Vijoy Ashwin Cardoza, Moodbidri elected as the President of ICYM Mangalore Diocese for the year 2025-26

Mangalore: Vijoy Ashwin Cardoza elected as the President of Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) Mangalore Diocese for the year 2025-26.

The President of ICYM Mangalore Diocese, Winston Joel Sequeira welcomed the guests and the gathering. Ashlin Avita Dsouza, the Diocesan General Secretary presented the report of the past Annual General Body Meeting. The financial statement of the year 25-024-25 was presented by Treasurer Reena Anjali Crasta.

ICYM Central Council Diocesan Election was held from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm under the guidance of Diocesan Chief Election Commissioner Rev. Fr Vijay Victor Lobo, Parish Priest Kulur Parish.

The Elected members are as follows ; Vijoy Ashwin Cardoza, Moodbidri - President, Maria Dsilva, Surathkal - General Secretary, Melroy Prem Dsouza, Allipade, Vice President, Ashinta Monteiro - Lady Vice President, Floyd Vincent Pinto, Neerude - Joint Secretary, Supreeth Fernandes, Arva - Treasurer, Muriel Mascarenhas -Social Cause Secretary
