Mangaluru:  The Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) Mangaluru Chapter successfully organized a PR Connect meet at Ocean Pearl, bringing together over 50 PR and communication professionals from South Canara.

The event kicked off with a warm welcome from State President Pashupathi Sharma, who set a collaborative tone for the gathering. Dr. Raghavendra Holla, National Joint Secretary of PRCI, moderated the formal address, steering engaging discussions throughout the event.

Rajesh Shetty, Deputy Commissioner of Mangaluru and KSRTC, inaugurated the ceremony, highlighting the critical role of effective communication in regional growth. Canute Jeevan Pinto, Chairman of the Mangaluru Chapter, concluded the event with a Vote of Thanks, recognizing the contributions of all attendees.

An insightful interaction session followed, led by M.B. Jayaram, Chairman Emeritus and Mentor of PRCI and WCC, who shared valuable perspectives on the evolving public relations landscape.

This meet not only served as a vital platform for networking and idea exchange among industry professionals but also strengthened the PR community in the region.

Looking ahead, the 18th Global PR & Communication Conclave - Reconnect is set to take place in Mangaluru on November 8,9 and 10, 2024, with over 500 industry enthusiasts expected to participate from across India and other countries.
