Puttur: NSS units of St Philomena College Puttur will organize their Annual Special Camp from December 26, 2019 to January 1, 2020 in DKZP Higher Primary School Kuriya of Puttur Taluk.
The inaugural function of the Camp will be held on December 26, 2019 at 2.30 pm. The Progressive Farmer of Kuriya Budiyaru Radhakrishna Rai will inaugurate. The Correspondent of St Philomena College Very Rev. Fr Alfred J Pinto will preside. The President of Social Justice Committee of Puttur Taluk Panchayath Saja Radhakrishna Alva will be the chief guest. The Principal Prof. Leo Noronha will grace the occasion.
The valedictory programme will be held at 11 am on January 1, 2020. The Campus Director of the College Rev. Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro will preside and HoD of Economics, Vivekananda College Puttur Dr Arun Prakash will deliver valedictory address.
With the motto of ‘Science and Scientific Temper for the Youth’, this week long camp consists of various educational and cultural programmes.
NSS Programme Officers of the College Dinakar Anchan and Shashiprabha B will coordinate the special camp.
