Weekend curfew will be strictly implemented in Mangalore by police . see video
Mangaluru, June 26: Strange to find enough number of people moving inside Mangalore city on vehicles today.
As announced by administration and police, in this weekend curfew only milk booths medical and hospitals were allowed to open.
Checking of vehicles at checkpoints were not impressive as to restrain movement of people and make covid less.
People also without mask on road where no PCR or others not found checking.
People wearing mask but leaving the nose out was seen in many places. Strictness on the checking not found anywhere to government slogan " Dho gaj dhoori, mask on nose" in most places.
Though many bakery of essential bread closed as per rules, but the milk booths selling bakery items is clear violation of rules.
Some where the cops arguing with a auto 65+ looking person who brought aged people on board.
But one good thing I heard from on inspector and felt good. Many vehicles which having old penalties are found on checking at RTO App and collected old fines too.
Still more to go. Mangalore must open fully. People and administration jointly Work . We need earliest to go to daily bread earnings.
