Mumbai, April 21:  Comedian Veer Das had a bad experience on an Air India flight. He shared it on social media.

Comedian Veer Das is often in the news for one reason or another. Now another of his social media posts has gone viral. In that post, Veer Das has written about his bad experience on an Air India flight. But so far, Air India has not responded to it.

Veer Das had traveled on the flight with his wife Shivani Mathur. Shivani has a broken leg and finds it difficult to walk. For this reason, Veer Das had also booked a wheelchair. However, Shivani was not provided with a wheelchair at the Delhi airport. Shivani had to climb down the stairs despite the pain. No staff member helped Veer Das and Shivani until they reached the parking lot. Not only that, Vir Das wrote that the seat on the plane that Vir Das had booked for Rs 50,000 was also not good. The seat he got was broken. The leg rest of the seat was also broken. The seat was tilted, Vir Das said.

What is in Vir Das' post? : Dear Air India, I believe you have the best cabin crew. I am very sad to write this post. My wife and I had booked a wheelchair. Her leg is broken and she is unable to walk. We had booked a ticket to Delhi for Rs 50,000. But we did not get a wheelchair. The seat we got was also not right. The seat was tilted. The seat was broken and it was not a comfortable journey. We reached Delhi two hours late, Vir Das wrote. We had booked a wheelchair earlier. But the wheelchair was not available at the Delhi airport. We were told to take the stairs. I couldn't help my wife as she was carrying four bags. I asked the air hostess. They didn't give me any answer. I asked the Air India ground staff to help me. But they just shrugged and left," Vir Das wrote.

Continuing his post, he said, "My wife had to go down the stairs despite the pain of a broken bone. The Air India staff on the bus said, 'Sir, what should I do? I'm sorry.' When we reached the terminal, the staff there said that we had already booked a wheelchair. Since the flight was late, there was no staff. So we couldn't get a wheelchair," Vir Das wrote.

Vir Das' post, which raised many doubts after asking about actor Govinda, has received a lot of comments. People have asked why they book an Air India flight that doesn't care about passengers. Several others have commented that it is good for train travel.
