Kalaburagi, Nov 20: A person has filed a complaint alleging that Nayana of 'Comedy Khiladigalu' fame used abusive language against the Dalit community at a private event in Mysore.
Dalit Sena District President Manjunath Bhandari filed a complaint against Nayana at the Kalaburagi Rural Police Station and an FIR has been registered against the actress under the Atrocity Act in this regard.
There was a huge outcry against Nayana's statement and the actress had even apologized for it. Since a case has been registered under the Atrocity Act, the actress is likely to be arrested.
