Karkala – In the district-level pre-university college football tournament organized by the Department of Pre-University Education, Udupi District, and St. Mary's PU College, Shirva, three students from Christ King Pre-University College, Karkala, represented the Karkala Taluk team and secured second place.
In the girls' category of the football tournament Raveena Kanwar from II Commerce and Suprabha from I Commerce secured second place.
In the boys' category Mohammed Rifaz from II Commerce secured second place as well.
