Mangalore:- A Renowned Social activist Narendra Nayak has filed a complaint made to the Assistant Drugs Controller (ADC), Mangalore against the fouling of mask regulation at Pradhan Mantri Jana Aushadi Kendra, Temple square, Mangalore. The staff who are just not bothered about masks or perhaps they think they are immune to infections because they sell medicines.
Narendra Nayak Says "While I don't know who are the authorities to take action on this matter, since the drugs department is in charge, I have made the complaint to them. I attaching two photos of the same. While the prime minister preaches to the nation about wearing masks we have the medicine shop named after the post doing such a blatant violation of measures which should be taken to prevent spread of covid 19 infections!".
In his Complaint to ADC:
Dear sir,
This is to bring to your kind attention that I had visited the Bharatiya Jana Aushadi Kendra, Temple square, car street, Mangalore at around 3.30 pm on the 14th inst and found both the people there without masks. When I asked them they said as long as I am wearing the mask it is OK and they need not wear it.
If the chemists and druggists shops cannot follow the proper rules what is the point in advising people to wear masks, follow personal distancing and use hand sanitizer? None of them were being followed there. But definitely there should be some action taken to make these people follow the rules to prevent the spread of covid19 that too in a government enterprise.
