Mangaluru: The second day of Executive Director BeenaVaheed’s visit to Bank of Baroda, Mangaluru Zone was marked by two significant events—an interactive Zonal Office Staff Meeting and a highly engaging Customers’ Meet, both of which highlighted the Bank’s dual focus on strengthening internal synergy and external relationships.
Zonal Office Staff Meeting: Fostering Collaboration and Workplace Culture
Beena Vaheed addressed all Zonal Office staff members in a session that was reflective, motivating, and forward-looking. She encouraged the teams to adopt a solution-oriented mindset and highlighted the need for cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic goals.
In her address, she remarked:

Customers’ Meet: Strengthening Trust and Transparency
A key highlight of Day 2 was the Customers’ Meet, which brought together over 90 esteemed clients from diverse sectors, including retail, MSME, agriculture, and HNI segments. The Executive Director, accompanied by the Zonal Head and senior officials, engaged directly with customers to listen to their feedback, understand their expectations, and share upcoming initiatives.
The event included a dedicated session to showcase Bank of Baroda’s latest products and services, enhancing awareness and understanding of how the Bank continues to evolve to serve its customers better.
The interactive nature of the event fostered an atmosphere of trust and openness. Customers expressed their appreciation for the Bank’s approachable staff, innovative offerings, and strengthened digital platforms, while also sharing valuable suggestions, which were received with genuine attention and appreciation by the leadership.
