Vidyagiri: Five cadets from the NCC unit of Alva's Education Foundation have been selected for the 2025 Republic Day Parade Camp (RDC) to be held in New Delhi.

Hardik Shetty, Niroop S., Jevita Pearl, and Prashasthi from the Air Force wing will represent the NCC Directorate of Karnataka and Goa. Notably, Prasasti will participate in this year's Prime Minister's Rally.  

Ajraj has been selected to represent the 5th Karnataka Naval Unit in the Naval wing.  

So far, 44 cadets from the institution have participated in the Republic Day Parade Camp, and with the inclusion of these five students, a total of 49 cadets from Alva's Education Foundation will be part of this year’s camp, which is a remarkable achievement.

Over 57 army camps have been conducted at Alva's institution, including five army recruitment rallies, the Agnipath recruitment exams, and various NCC activities. Alva’s has won four prestigious institutional awards. The NCC cadets from Alva's have served as volunteers in numerous district programs, actively participating in cleanliness drives, blood donation camps, and other activities.  

The president of Alva’s Education Foundation, Dr. M. Mohan Alva, and trustee Vivek Alva have congratulated them on their achievements.
