Bengaluru: The Horticulture Department is organizing a 'Flower Exhibition' at Lalbagh on the occasion of Republic Day 2026, and applications have been invited from interested parties for various competitions.
This time, the 219th Flower Exhibition depicting the life of the famous Kannada writer and thinker K.P. Poornachandra Tejaswi is being organized at Lalbagh, Bengaluru from January 15 to 26.
On the occasion of the exhibition, competitions related to various parks, gardens, terraces, orchards, vegetables, medicinal plants, various species of plants grown in pots, ikebana, zoo, Thai art and complementary arts have been organized on January 17, 2026.
Applications will be accepted from interested parties and exhibitors regarding Ikebana, Zoonur, Thai Art and other complementary arts from January 5 to 12, 2026. Applications will be distributed at the office of the Additional Director of Horticulture, Lalbagh from 10 am to 5 pm.
