Abdominal massage: A quick massage around the kidney and liver area enhances the cleansing process and increases blood flow. For this, place your palm on the liver on the right side of the abdomen and massage it patiently for 2 minutes in circular motions. Then move down and apply light pressure on the kidneys. Repeat the same process again and again to improve blood circulation. Take deep breaths and exhale slowly while massaging.
Consume anise seeds: In addition to having natural digestive properties, anise seeds have powerful properties that cleanse the liver and kidneys. These small seeds help in removing excess fluids from our body, relieving bloating and preventing the accumulation of toxic substances in our body.
Gargle with turmeric and warm water: This may seem a little strange to you, but doing this helps in reducing the accumulation of toxins in the kidneys and liver. The vagus nerve, which is directly connected to the liver, helps in regulating the digestive function. When you gargle with a pinch of turmeric powder mixed with warm water, this vagus nerve is stimulated.
