Mangaluru: The vibrant city of Mangaluru witnessed a spectacular celebration of women’s entrepreneurial spirit over the weekend at the “Boss Ladies Business Showcase,” hosted by Evolve A Women Entrepreneur Association. Held on September 14th and 15th, 2024, at the Fiza Nexus Mall, this dynamic event proved to be a resounding success, showcasing the innovative spirit of over 20 local women entrepreneurs.
The two-day business showcase transformed the Fiza by Nexus Mall into a bustling hub of creativity and commerce. From 10 am to 9 pm each day, visitors were treated to a diverse array of stalls offering everything from unique apparels like sarees, handcrafted soaps, books, handcrafted jewellery, cosmetics,food and bakery products, furniture, wellness productsand services like travel and tourism, social media, event planners and much more were showcased.
The inaugural function on September 14th was adeptly coordinated by Emcee Lavita. A special acknowledgment was made to the sponsors who played a crucial role in making this event possible. Venue sponsors Fiza by Nexus Mall, represented by Arvind Shrivastav and his dedicated team, provided an excellent location for the showcase. Title sponsor Earthy by Ellenza, led by owner and cosmetologist Nafisa Afnan, was recognized for its support. A standout moment of the event was the vibrant flash mob dance by Team Evolve on the evening of September 15th. Their lively performance celebrated women entrepreneurship and captivated the audience.
