Mangalore: The newly constructed 100 bed home for the mentally ill people will be inaugurated and blessed on 21st November 2020. The project was taken up  to mark the 120 years of its service to the poor. Most Rev Dr Peter Paul Saldanha the Bishop of Mangalore will inaugurate and bless the home. The new building is  named after ‘Our Lady of Miracles (Milagres) Home’ as the origin of the Ashram took place at Milagres Church on 12th June 1898. It’s a hundred bed home intended to accommodate 50 men and 50 women.
