Fathima was rescued by Snehalaya team on March 4th February 2019 from Derebail, Mangalore. She was suffering with mental ailment, very aggressive and addicted to smoking.
She was brought to Snehalaya for treatment. Her mental health conditions slowly improved at Snehalaya due to the care and treatment provided by Snehalaya team.
She was socially and emotionally empowered. She could recall her past and shared her details that she hails from Bhaira Village, Pandua, Hoogly District, West Bengal.
Having contacted her relatives, the journey to her native started. She was a transformed lady, in her new looks and happy feelings. With the help of Shraddha Rehabilitation foundation she was reached home. Her Brother welcomed her with full of love, joy and happiness. And their joy was endless. At first sight the brother of Fathima could not believe that she is alive. Because, she was missing since 20 years.
Though the reunion is an achievement to Snehalaya, it is a heavenly joy to Fathima’s family.
