School Annual Academic Calendar Finalized- School to begin from May 29

Mangaluru: To begin the academic activities for the 2025–26 academic year with the necessary preparations, schools are scheduled to reopen on May 29, as per the usual practice.

The annual academic action plan calendar has been finalized to facilitate the implementation of uniform academic activities in all government, aided, and unaided primary and high schools following the state syllabus. The schedule has been prepared based on the total number of available academic days in the year, working days, and holidays, and is to be implemented and followed in all state syllabus schools.

School Working Days for the 2025–26 Academic Year:

First Term: From May 29 to September 19

Second Term: From October 8 to April 10, 2026

Holidays:

Dasara Holidays: From September 20 to October 7

Summer Holidays: From April 11, 2026, to May 28, 2026
