New Delhi: President Draupadi Murmu had visited Botswana, South Africa. She was warmly welcomed by the President of the country, Duma Gideon Boko, at the airport.

Draupadi Murmu has been given 8 cheetahs as a special gift. It is said that eight cheetahs will be given to India from Botswana, South Africa. It has been said that the ones brought to Kuno National Park in Madhya Pradesh will be released. Cheetahs have already been brought from Namibia and released in Kuno National Park. 8 more cheetahs will be added to this.

This information was given by officials of the National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA) who participated in a review meeting of the Cheetah Project held in the presence of Union Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change Bhupender Yadav and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav.
