Mangaluru: Milagres College Alumni Association (MICAA) in collaboration with Internal Quality Assurance Cell of college organised a virtual Student development Program for the students on June 25, 2021 at 4.00pm titled “Key to Success in the Corporate Field”. Alumni of the college, Savio D’Souza, Finance Officer, Taurani Holdings Group of Companies, Dubai was the resource person. He enlightened on keys to success in life and he also mentioned that there is no shortcut for success but only through continuous hard work success can be achieved. He mentioned patience and confidence with oneself is necessary to achieve one’s goals. He shed thoughts on some of the key elements one should possess such as work ethics, persistence, reliance, resilience, effective communication and dedication.
Rev Fr Michael Santhumayor, Principal welcomed and introduced the Resource person. Glanciya Fernandes coordinator for Alumni Association compered the programe and Anju Elsa Thomas proposed the vote of thanks.101 students actively participated and benefited from the session.
