Parents Day was celebrated in a grand manner at St Antony English Medium School,  Allipade

Allipade: The Parents Day Celebration was organised at St Antony English Medium School Allipade with great enthusiasm and grandeur.

The programme commenced with a beautiful prayer dance, which created a calm, peaceful, and positive atmosphere. This was followed by a warm and courteous welcome speech by the Head Mistress, Sr Lavina Veigas.

The formal inauguration of the programme was carried by lighting the lamp out with reverence.

Sowmya, the parent, effectively highlighted the significance of the occasion and conveyed valuable thoughts to the audience.

A cultural song and dance were presented by the students, which filled the gathering with joy, pride, and inspiration.

In his address Pradeep Nayak. The The chief guest address was highly motivating and guided both parents and students towards values in life, discipline, and responsible citizenship.

Spot games were conducted by Sareena, which added fun and excitement to the programme.

In his presidential address, Rev. Fr Robert DSouza emphasized the importance of parental involvement in a child’s growth. He stated that parents play a vital role in the development of children and that meaningful progress is achieved only when the school and parents work together. He also highlighted that continuous encouragement from parents is essential to nurture children’s talents and that with teachers’ dedication and parents’ cooperation, the school will reach greater heights.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Neetha, parent of Swarali, Class IV, expressing heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the successful organisation of the event.

The programme was compèred by the teacher Thulasi, with the support and assistance of Kavitha, Roshni, and Jenitha. The active participation of students and the dedicated guidance of teachers made the programme truly memorable and successful.
