Florida: Palm Beach International Airport in Florida, USA, is being renamed.
It will be renamed “President Donald J. Trump International Airport”, announced Eric Trump, son of President Donald Trump and businessman.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has signed a bill to rename Palm Beach International Airport after US President Donald Trump, CBS News reported.
Eric Trump shared this information on social media, saying that Palm Beach International Airport is now officially Donald J. Trump International Airport.
I am proud to have played a small role in making this happen. Representative Meg Weinberger of Florida House District 94 said, “I am very grateful to Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and the Florida Attorney General.”
The Donald J. Trump International Airport name change will take effect on July 1, CBS News reported. However, the Federal Aviation Administration said in a statement that it would not approve the airport name change.
