Subanshu Shukla,distinguished astronaut-designate and officer, as the Chief Guest for its Annual Day celebration as part, held as part of the Golden Jubliee Year of the Ryan Group of Schools, marking 50 years of Excellence in Education.
Capt.Subanshu Shukla made history in 2025 as the pilot for the Axiom-4 mission to the International Space Station (ISS) to conduct microgravity experiments for ISRO.
In July 2025,he became the second Indian to travel to space and the first to visit the ISS,41 years after Rakesh Sharma.
His 2025 mission was a crucial precursor for India’s Independent human spaceflight program.
The presence of Capt. Subanshu Shukla added a profound sense of inspiration to the milestone celebration.
Having being part of India’s prestigious human spaceflight program , he spoke about his venture into space, the discipline and scientific rigour involved, and the perseverance required to pursue seemingly impossible dreams.
His journey served as a powerful metaphor for the Ryan Group’s own five-decade journey of vision,commitment, and transformation in education.
