Madikeri, April 06: Kerala-origin IT employee Sharanya, who went missing on a trek in the Thadiyandamol hills of Kodagu, has finally been found after four days. The woman’s disappearance had become a big headache for the forest department. Therefore, a day-and-night search operation was conducted. The police and forest department personnel along with the locals conducted a continuous search and she was found yesterday.
Sharanya had gone for a trek to the Thadiyandamol hills on Thursday and was staying in a dilapidated bungalow due to lack of road access. The police and forest department personnel who conducted the search operation used drones and dog squads, but there was concern as she could not be found. Now Sharanya has been found.
