According to Rasha, the incident took place while she was taking an open water scuba diving course. During the training, the instructor touched her in a way that was not related to safety or the lesson. She said that this made her feel embarrassed.

Rasha said that in such underwater situations, there is an imbalance of power. Since the instructor controls the dive, the students are pressured to remain silent even if they feel uncomfortable. She stressed that such behavior that crosses personal boundaries should not be tolerated.

Rasha later shared another video, saying that the trainer was acting suspiciously from the beginning of the lesson. She advised women who are learning scuba diving while traveling alone to be careful while choosing a diving school or trainer. In her message, she also mentioned the name of the trainer responsible for the incident and advised that no one should hire him.
