Allipade, Bantwal: The medical check-up was efficiently conducted at St. Antony English Medium School, Allipade, on Wednesday, 16th October 2024.

This health check-up was an integral part of every child's development. Its primary purpose was to monitor and evaluate the students' health status, identify any medical issues, and promote awareness about health and hygiene among the students.

A team of  doctors and medical staff from Father Muller Medical College, Hospital Thumbay conducted various tests, including:

1. General Physical Examination

   - Height and weight measurement

   - Body Mass Index Calculation

2. Dental check-up

   - Inspection for cavities and oral hygiene issues

3. Skin and hygiene check-up

   - Inspection for infections, rashes, or skin conditions

The majority of the students were found to be in good health.

The doctors guided  the students to have:

- Regular eye and dental check-ups

- Encouraged healthy eating and physical activity to maintain a healthy Body Mass Index

- Maintain personal hygiene

The health check-up was successfully conducted, providing valuable insights into the students' health. Parents of students requiring further medical care were notified, and appropriate follow-up actions have been recommended.

We extend our gratitude to the school Correspondent,  medical team, and teachers for their support in making this initiative a success.

Remember, health is wealth. We hope that all the children enjoy good health.
