In this Era its common to do mistakes, all of us make blunders, our own people may not communicate to us but we need to be strong and let go .It is forgiving someone when we have been wronged. You might be the kindest soul to walk around the Earth but sometimes the situation is such that even the kindest of people can turn cold towards the others, after all, we are all on a journey and life is tough – any further additions to our problems will only make us feel vulnerable and irritable.

Forgiveness is an emotion too; no matter what oxford dictionary has to offer as a definition; it is the pure vibration of feeling from within when we let go of a bad experience or a memory. However, it is not easy because we associate ourselves with the emotion rather than only experiencing it.

Begin from Within:

Sometimes a situation might arise where we feel distressed lonely and we feel as if everyone has left us that’s time to strengthen ourselves and become a fighter ,this is the time to start exploring ourselves, and discover our potential.

We need to experiment, what is it that leads to so much turmoil in us and is not let go of the worry, hurt or any feeling of attachment with the said emotion.

Any sort of remorse or regret will also act only like a fuel, and not a balm that soothes. It is important to sometimes rise above our emotions and think not only rationally but also have a holistic approach to life. When we search within deeply, there is a positive change in our system and we become more empathetic.

The Need to Control:

Nothing is under our control, but we humans want everything under our control. We have such a strong urge in our system to control everything that surrounds us. This need to control is not only a hindrance but the biggest ‘vice’ that needs to be dealt. We have a pattern of thinking and mostly disapprove how others tend to think or live their life. But it is important to address, our need to control can lead to much damage in our own life. Let go and learn to forgive and not judge other’s always.

Feeling of Vengeance:

The best way to deal with vengeance is through a smile that is a sweetest smile. Isn’t it the best shifter think about it and we will feel wonderful. When we smile whilst we are hurting the most, there is something that shifts in our system completely and we meet a new version of self. This self is the best version of ourselves because when we change within, we really help ourselves, and even if it is the worst situation, we take charge and the situation is reversed. We act wisely we know where to let go and put a halt.
