Bangalore:- CM BS Yeddyurappa held an emergency meeting with deputy chief ministers, ministers and senior officials at his residence this morning on the back of a significant increase in the number of coronavirus cases in the state.
An emergency meeting was held this morning at the Kaveri residence with deputy chief ministers, ministers and senior officials on the management of the covid care centre. Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa said at the meeting several issues including strict adherence to containment rules and adequate treatment for the infected were discussed and given proper direction.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Chief Minister Ashwath narayan, Medical Education Minister Dr K Sudhakar and Political Secretary HR Shri. Many other officials, including Vishwanath, are involved. During the meeting, an emergency consultation was held on maintenance of covid Care Centers in Bangalore. At the meeting, the minister wore a mask and maintained a social gap.
Recently, the number of coronavirus cases in the capital Bangalore has been increasing rapidly. But the city's hospitals have been accused of not treating the infected. The health department staff and the BBMP were said to be very irresponsible of the infected. CM BS Yeddyurappa held an emergency meeting today.
