Doha Qatar: Indian Cultural Centre in Association with Maharashtra Mandal Qatar conducted the Celebration of Maharashtrian Lok-Nritya Utsav on September 27th at ICC Ashoka Hall. Maharashtra Mandal Qatar, an Associate organization of ICC, MMQ council members performed various dance forms and showcased Maharashtrian Lok-Nritya Utsav. The Dhola Tasha group, a traditional instrument in Maharashtra, also mesmerized the audience with their performance.
Sachin Shankapal, the First Secretary of Culture, Education, Visa, and Community Affairs, was the chief guest of the program. He was accompanied by Manikantan AP, the President of ICC, and the ICC Managing Committee members who were present during the event.
Rachana Chaudhari Vice President MMQ gave the welcome speech.
During the program, Rakesh Wagh, the President of Maharashtra Mandal Qatar, felicitated Sachin Shankpal and Manikantan AP—a vote of thanks given by Parag Sonawane General Secretary MMQ.
