Dehradun/Missouri, Sep. 17: : At least 13 people have died and 16 others are missing in the Doon Valley region in the worst cloudburst and floods in recent memory. Heavy rains across the district on Monday night and Tuesday washed away bridges and markets, and damaged major roads.
Flash floods and landslides were reported in Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh due to heavy rains, with 18 people losing their lives in a single day in the two states.
