Allipade: A fire extinguisher safety demonstration was conducted at St Antony English Medium School Allipade to create awareness among students about fire safety.
The programme was organized by the school management with the help of fire safety experts.
During the session, the officers explained the types of fire extinguishers and their uses. They demonstrated the correct method to operate a fire extinguisher using the PASS technique – Pull, Aim, Squeeze, and Sweep.
The demonstration was very informative and helped students understand how to act responsibly during fire emergencies. The students were also given the opportunity to observe and ask questions.
The session concluded with a reminder to always stay calm and seek help from trained personnel in case of a fire.
