However, this rapid growth has exposed a critical skills gap: traditional hotel schools continue to produce management-level graduates, while the hospitality sector is facing a significant shortfall of trained frontline talent — those who work at the front desk, in food service, and guest engagement.
Introducing ‘Art of Hospitality’: A Practical, Inclusive Skilling Solution To directly address this need, “Art of Hospitality” offers a 3 months classroom training and 3months paid internship certificate course designed to deliver both academic knowledge and real-world experience.
