Mangaluru, June 19: 2nd stage of Karnataka Lockdown relaxation from June 21 will begin in 16 districts with TPR below 5%.
The 16 districts with 5% less TPR rate are Bengaluru City(including BBMP), Uttara Kannada, Belgum, Mandya, Koppala, Chikkaballapur, Tumakuru, Kolar, Gadag, Raichur, Bagalkot, Kalburgi, Haveri, Ramanagara, Yadgiri, Bidar.
The guidelines for these districts will be the shops, hotels for dine-in will be open till 5pm, Buses and metros, Lodges, resorts, gyms, Government and private offices will operate with 50% capacity. But the statewide night curfew and weekend curfew will remain as it is. Night curfew will be from 7pm to 5pm and weekend curfew will be from 7pm on Friday to 5am on Monday. These rules are in place from June 21 to July 5.
Where as the other 13 districts with TPR above 5% will remain under lockdown with the same guidelines provided before on June 11.
The 13 districts are Hassan, Udupi, Dakshina Kannada, Shimoga, Chamarajanagar, Chikmagalur, Bangalore Rural, Davanagere, Kodagu, Dharwad, Bellary, Chitradurga and Vijayapura.
Mysore with above 10% positivity rate will have no changes in the lockdown restrictions,
