Mangalore: Aakrithi -2020 a state level inter Collegiate techno cultural fest will be held from 27 to 29th February 2020 at Canara Engineering College Campus at Benjanapadavu. VinayakaKamath, CEO, Auto CNC, ACE group of Industries, Bengaluru will be the chief guest and inaugurate the event. The College Governing Body Vice President M. Annappa Pai will preside over the function along with other office bearers.
The fest will have 40 plus technical, cultural and gaming events including 8 megha events. There will be prizes worth Rs. 2.5 lakhs.These events are open for Degree Colleges including medical along with engineering students.
The Megha events includes Auto Expo, Bike Stunts by Team RDX Mangaluru, Live Concert by Sabali – the band from pune, Standup comedy by Samay Raina ( Winner of Comicstaan Season 2), and for the first time in Costal belt DJ night by International artist Nina Suerte from Poland. More than 3000 participants across the state are expected in the events said the Principal Dr. Ganesh V.Bhat.
