More than 500 stray wandering people around town hall, Nehru maidan, state bank area are the only obstacle  to successful lock down at Mangalore . May need these stray wanderers to be sent to destitute centre to control corona spike through community spread?

Mangalore, (July 5): The police in Mangalore are promptly executing the lock down announced by State government. One of the ASI at Jyothi Talkies point, Jagadish seized a vehicle who violated the lockdown norms . Media beat from Pumpwell to State Bank and via PVS observed that all the shops are shut except Nandini milk outlets and Medical shops.

The difference from last lockdown of April to today's  lock down is that there is NO grocery shops, and even Swiggy and Zomato home deliveries .

Hurdles for 100% Lockdown: More than 500 stray wanderers at Nehru Maidan,Town Hall and State Bank area are without any mask or no social distancing, or cleanliness. All are in groups in their own world denying any responsibility of following norms established for prevent COVID-19 spread.

During last lock down Media identified the same stray wanderers and reported to District administration with a suggestion to send them to destitute center's. The volunteers, corperators and political parties team were serving these people with bed tea, breakfast, lunch, high tea, and a stomach full dinner with veg/non-veg cuisines.
