Bengaluru May 26: Monsoon rains have entered the state, causing heavy rains. The continuous rains in Hassan and Sakleshpur parts have also disrupted normal life. Landslides have occurred on the Bangalore and Mangalore highways, causing panic among motorists. Minor landslides have occurred on National Highway 75, increasing fear among commuters.

Motorists in a frenzy at Shiradi Ghat :  At the beginning of the rainy season, motorists have been in a frenzy on National Highway 75. Water has accumulated on the road near Doddataple in Sakleshpur taluk, and landslides have also occurred in some places. Vehicular traffic has been stopped due to the road.

Landslides occurred at the same place last year : The traffic staff, who had allowed only one-way traffic for some time, have temporarily resolved this problem. Last year too, a huge amount of mud had collapsed at the same place, creating chaos.

Motorists worried:The scene of mudslides was witnessed in front of the eyes of the MLAs who came during the site visit. This incident took place while they were talking to NH officials on the phone. Motorists were worried.
