Kuhubuto, Nagaland: On the 3rd of March 2025 a Newly built Chapel and Friary dedicated to Infant Jesus at the New Mission Station at Kuhubuto, Nagaland, was blessed and Inaugurated by Most Rev. Dr James Thoppil, the Bishop of Kohima Diocese, Nagaland.
This auspecious moment was graced by the presence of Rev. Fr John Alwyn Dias, the Provincial Minister of Holy Trinity Province, Karnataka. Capuchin Friars from Infant Jesus Delegation, Nagaland- Manipur and from Christ the King Delegation, Mizoram-Tripura-Silchar and the Priests & Religious Sisters from neighbouring communities along with the faithful were present at this grace-filled event.
We congratulate and thank Fr Isaac Baptist, the Provincial Delegate; Fr Brayan D'Souza, the Guardian; Fr Roshan Sequeira and Fr Gerald Vegas for the tireless efforts in completion of this new dream of the Mission in North-East India.
We also thank the Friars of Delegation and of the Province, Benefactors, Donors, well-wishers, family members for their enormous generosity and solidarity. May God reward us all in hundredfold.
