Andaman: A helicopter crashed in the sea in the Union Territory of Andaman. A total of seven people, including the pilot, were travelling in the helicopter. The copter crashed in the sea due to a technical fault, and all seven people were rescued. The crashed helicopter belongs to Pawan Hans.


A technical fault occurred while the helicopter was flying in the Andaman region. The pilot, who was not at all disturbed by this, landed the helicopter safely in the sea. Pawan Hans’ organization has issued a statement saying that everyone is safe due to the pilot’s punctuality.
Before landing the helicopter in the sea, all the officials related to the pilot had informed. As soon as the information came to light, the rescue and relief team personnel were busy working. The rescue team rescued those who were stranded in the sea as the helicopter was about to fall.
Around 9:30 am today, a Pawan Hans helicopter crashed while landing near Mayabandar in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The helicopter had taken off from Port Blair. The helicopter was carrying five passengers, including two crew members. The pilot made an emergency landing in the Andaman Sea. Everyone was rescued safely. No one was injured, Pawan Hans said.
