Mangalore: Bangalore-Mangalore-Karwar Gommateshwara Express train has resumed its service after 6 months.

This train was cancelled due to various works including railway line work. It has now resumed its service. This has brought joy to the devotees visiting the holy place in Dakshina Kannada. Gommateshwara Express train (16575/16576) (Gommateshwara Express) has not made any change in its service. This train runs at the same time. But the change has been made only at the station.

Its service will start from Yeshwantpur station in Bengaluru. The train will now serve the passengers with a new change. From now on, passengers can travel while enjoying the beauty of nature.

Gommateshwar Express Vistadome Coach Appearance:

Since the Gommateshwar Express has been given a Vistadome appearance, it allows the passengers to spend more time with nature.

Earlier, in 2021, special Vistadome coaches were run between Yeshwantpur-Mangalore Junction. Now the Gommateshwar Express has been given this appearance again. Now this train has been decorated like a foreign train.

The toilet system is also excellent, and well-arranged seats have also been given. A huge glass roof has also been made. This allows passengers to travel to Mangalore via Hassan, Sakleshpur, Subramanya Road, Kabakaputtur, Bantwal, where they can see the wonders of nature, and it can give a special experience as it goes between the valley and the forest.

It will be very useful to go to the holy places found in Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Sakleshpur. Since a large number of devotees go to Dharmasthala and Subramanya, you can go and have darshan at a low cost, and it is also good for children and the elderly because it runs in the morning. Its ticket can be from 155 to 250.

Train timings:

There has been no change in the timings of this train. Earlier, it used to run at 7.00 am. Now it will run again at the same time with a new schedule. It departs from Yeshwantpur and reaches Shravanabelagola railway station. Stopping at Hassan, Sakleshpur, Subramanya Road, Kabakaputtur, Bantwal stations will not be more than 5 minutes.
