Mangaluru: Abdul Hameed Bith Pade (55), former vice-president of the Neermarga Gram Panchayat and former president of the Bith Pade Badriya Jumma Mosque, passed away due to a heart attack on Tuesday afternoon.

He is survived by his wife, son, and daughter.

Professionally, Abdul Hameed was an auto-rickshaw driver and currently served as a member of the village panchayat. He was known for maintaining good relations with everyone in the village and prioritizing harmony. As mosque president, he was involved in various religious and social activities.
