Mangalore : As children transporting School vehicle association is planning for a protest , DCP Crime and ACP Traffic held meeting with concerned leaders.
It was observed and conveyed to the leaders that,as per law such vehicles cannot carry excess school children. And also, High Court of Karnataka has given specific directions that cases should be booked against such vehicles carrying excess children, and is monitoring as well as to take the action .
Above points have been brought to the notice of the association that they have to follow the law and direction of High Court, and to call off the strike so that school children are not put to inconvenience and all the association members and others to follow the rules and help in children safety.
