Mangalore: Though serpentine queues were seen in front of wine marts in the morning by afternoon things returned to normal. By the evening only few were seen buying spirit. Offices and business establishments started functioning with bare minimum staff. Vehicular movement started on roads as earlier. By 7 p. m the city again went into lock down mood.
