Bantwal: The NSS unit of the Carmel College, Modankap, and its programme officer have bagged State-level awards for 2020-21 from the State Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports.
Madhura K lecturer in Economics has been honoured with the State-level Best NSS Program Officer. The NSS unit of the college too received the Best NSS unit State award. Principal of the college Dr. Sr. Latha A.C and Madhura received the award from the governor Thawar Chand Gehlot in Bengaluru recently. Minister of Youth Empowerment and Sports K.C. Narayana Gowda and others were present in the programme.
