On Rath Saptami, the Sun moves on a chariot drawn by seven horses in the northern direction, and from this point, the intensity of light gradually increases. This day, we perform Surya Namaskar to pray for health and prosperity. Lets all make it a practice to perform Surya Namaskar daily and celebrate this Rath Saptami in its true spirit.

Later, students, under the guidance of Dhelampadi Yoga Pratishtana members and yoga trainers Subhadra and Veena Marla, performed Surya Namaskar collectively.
