Mangaluru: The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) – Mangaluru Chapter has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Canara High School Association to launch the TiE ELITE Program, an initiative aimed at bridging the gap between academia and industry while fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among students.

The MoU was signed on October 28, 2025, marking a significant milestone in promoting innovation, leadership, and start-up culture among students of Canara Engineering College and other institutions under the Association.

Through this collaboration, TiE Mangaluru will provide students and faculty members access to industry-led workshops, mentorship by startup founders, faculty development programs, and internship opportunities. The initiative also aims to build an exclusive entrepreneurship community that nurtures student-led ventures and fosters innovation across campuses.

Speaking on the occasion, representatives from both institutions expressed that the partnership aligns with the shared vision of empowering youth through experiential learning and entrepreneurial exposure. The collaboration reinforces TiE Mangaluru’s commitment to shaping the Silicon Beach of India by nurturing the next generation of innovators and change makers in the Mangalore–Udupi region.
