Allipade: St. Antony English Medium School celebrated Red Day with great enthusiasm on 30th June 2026. The programme was organized for the LKG and UKG students to help them recognize the colour red and understand its importance in everyday life through fun-filled learning activities.

















The programme was graced by our respected Correspondent, Rev. Fr. Robert D’Souza, and our Headmistress, Sr. Lavina Veigas. The celebration began with a prayer led by the LKG and UKG children. Shrinika of UKG delivered the welcome speech and warmly welcomed the gathering.
Haifa Fathima of UKG presented a speech highlighting the significance of Red Day. The children confidently spoke about various red-coloured objects such as apples, roses, hearts, blood, and traffic signals, demonstrating their understanding of the theme. The LKG and UKG students also delighted everyone with a vibrant and energetic dance performance.
The young learners actively participated in all the activities, displaying their creativity, confidence, and enthusiasm. Addressing the gathering, our Correspondent appreciated the sincere efforts of the students and encouraged them to continue learning through such meaningful activities.
Adding to the festive spirit, the children came dressed in beautiful red-coloured attire and brought red fruits, making the celebration colourful, lively, and educational. As part of the celebration, the children joyfully shared sweets and fruits with one another, promoting the values of sharing, caring, and friendship.
The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks proposed by Ayisha Sidra of UKG.
The Red Day Celebration was a joyful, colourful, and memorable learning experience that helped the children identify the colour red while building their confidence, communication skills, and social values.
The programme was successfully coordinated by the Nursery teachers, Meenakshi and Premalatha.
