My girlfriend put lipstick marks on her car. When I parked the car and walked away, she made these marks. I posted this video on Instagram. My friend thought that if she did this, the video would go viral, so we posted it and it went viral.

What was the reason for the fine?

The police have fined Sikarwar for unauthorized modification of the vehicle. After locating the car, the officers took the owner to the local police station and fined him under the Motor Vehicles Act. In addition, they asked him to wipe off all the lipstick marks on the car.
